The machining operations we perform are carried out on structured machinery controlled by numerical controls, managed by specialized personnel.
Within our company, we have organized our operations into three distinct departments, each equipped with specialized machinery and staffed by skilled professionals. These departments allow us to provide comprehensive manufacturing services tailored to our clients’ specific needs.

Turning Department:
This department houses eleven lathes, comprising both vertical and horizontal machines. These lathes are equipped with motorized tools and Y-axis capability, enabling us to perform turning operations with a maximum diameter of 900 mm.

Milling Department:
The milling department is equipped with six machining centers, including ISO 50 and ISO 40 machines. These machines encompass horizontal multi-pallet and vertical machines, some of which have rotary pallets. Here, we handle a wide range of components that require milling, including shaping, boring, drilling, and threading operations. Our expertise in milling ensures the accurate and efficient production of complex components.

Traditional Machine Tools:
In addition to advanced CNC equipment, we recognize the importance of traditional machine tools in our operations. Our third department includes essential tools such as conventional lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, and tangential grinding equipment. These traditional machines are indispensable for various tasks, including quick repairs and special machining needs.
