We specialize in CNC turning services for various types of materials, ranging from stainless steel to plastics, highly alloyed steels, and noble materials such as bronze and copper. Our lathe machines enable us to work within a diameter range of 40 to900mm. By utilizing motorized tools and a Y-axis, we ensure maximum flexibility in our machining processes.Our lathe machine park consists of:
9 Vertical Lathes:
These are equipped with continuous C-axis rotation, allowing us to handle even heavy components with complete safety.
4 Horizontal Lathes:
These lathes are equipped with motorized tools and a Y-axis, allowing us to work on components with lengths exceeding one meter.
Additionally, we have an in-house traditional turning department featuring 3 parallel lathes. These lathes provide us with a swing capacity of 800mm and a length of up to 3 meters, enabling us to carry out quick and special repair activities.
